1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Bro AI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App Is

Bro AI is a football app built around a rivalry. You pick the club you support; the App assigns Bro the club that is your club's established rival. It provides:

  • Bro's feed — his reactions to matches involving your club or his, before kick-off, during play and at full time
  • Live scores and fixtures for yesterday, today and tomorrow, ordered by what matters to you
  • Calls against Bro on the winner, the exact score, or a penalty shootout, settled by the real result
  • A running head-to-head record with streaks
  • A penalty shootout mini-game
  • Match alerts for the club you picked, if you enable them
  • Fourteen languages, including right-to-left

The App is free. There are no ads, no subscriptions and nothing to purchase.

Bro AI is not a news reader. It does not publish articles, and it is not a source of football journalism.

3. Eligibility

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you are under that age, use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Accounts

  • No account is required. On first launch the App creates a guest account on your device so your club and record persist.
  • You may optionally add an email and password. Doing so upgrades the guest account you already have rather than creating a second one.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We will never ask you for it, including when you request account deletion.
  • Signing out ends the session on our servers as well as on the device.

5. Calls, Predictions and Gambling

Bro AI is not a betting product.

  • Calls against Bro are for entertainment. There is no stake, no wager, no prize and no money involved at any point.
  • Nothing in the App is a tip, a betting recommendation, or advice of any kind. Bro is a supporter with an opinion, not an analyst.
  • Bro's pick is chosen by the App and cannot be influenced by you or by us after it is made.
  • We are not responsible for any decision you make on the basis of anything in the App, including any wager placed elsewhere.

6. What Bro Says

  • Bro's lines are written by us in advance and translated by hand. The App selects which line fits a moment; it does not generate text about you and never repeats anything you typed.
  • He is deliberately biased against your club. That is the product, not a defect.
  • His opinions are not the views of any real person, club, player or organisation, and are not sports analysis.

7. Football Data

  • Fixtures, scores and match states come from a third-party data provider. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that live data is complete, correct or immediate.
  • Where a provider corrects a result, calls already settled against the earlier data are not re-settled.
  • Coverage is limited to the competitions the App tracks and to a rolling three-day window of fixtures.
  • Club, competition and player names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App
  • Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's systems or another user's account
  • Automate or script access to the App's backend
  • Redistribute, sell or commercially exploit the App or its data without authorisation

9. Intellectual Property

  • The App, its design, code and written material are ours and protected by intellectual property law.
  • Football data, club names, competition names and logos belong to their respective owners.
  • Your club choice, your calls and your record remain yours; you can export or delete them at any time.

10. Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy, which explains exactly what the App keeps and what it never touches. By using the App you also agree to it.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure
  • Match data, scores or statuses will be immediate, complete or error-free
  • Notifications will always be delivered, or delivered on time
  • The App will meet your specific requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANYTHING IN IT.

13. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time. Where a change removes a feature that held your data, that data remains exportable and deletable through the App or by contacting us.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version is indicated by the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
