Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the BigBro AI mobile application (the "App") or our backend services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use BigBro.

2. What BigBro Does

BigBro AI is a no-BS, big-brother AI assistant that gives you:

  • 15 specialized AI agents: Study, Writing, Research, Social Media, Style, Doc Creator, Travel, Translator, Schedule, Career, Life Advice, Cooking, Fitness, Hustle, Gaming
  • Cross-session memory — agents remember what you save
  • Output history & favorites for every reply
  • File/document upload for agents to read
  • Optional web search when an agent needs fresh info
  • Scheduled tasks & native reminder notifications
  • Multi-language UI (14 languages) and voice text-to-speech

BigBro is free right now. Paid plans might come later; if they do, we'll announce them first and any data you saved before won't retroactively cost you.

3. Who Can Use It

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher). If you're under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian needs to have reviewed these Terms and let you use the App.

4. Accounts, Guest Mode & Security

  • Create an account with email + password, or just use Guest Mode.
  • You're responsible for keeping your credentials private and for anything done through your account.
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else got in.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or threaten service security.

5. AI Output — Read This

Super important:

  • BigBro is software — not a real person, doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, therapist, nutritionist, personal trainer, or teacher.
  • Replies are generated by large language models and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.
  • The Life Advice agent gives general support, not therapy. If you're in crisis, call your local emergency number or a qualified helpline immediately.
  • The Fitness and Cooking agents are informational. Talk to a doctor before any new workout or diet, especially if you have medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant.
  • The Career, Hustle, and Study agents give ideas. Financial, legal, and academic decisions are yours.
  • Don't type government IDs, bank numbers, or other highly sensitive info into any agent.
  • We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use BigBro for anything illegal or that violates others' rights
  • Generate harmful, hateful, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or self-harm
  • Try to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer the app or APIs, or scrape data at scale
  • Probe, scan, or attack our servers, or try to access other users' data
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its outputs as a competing service without written permission
  • Impersonate other people or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Usage Limits & Tokens

  • AI usage is metered with a virtual token system to prevent abuse.
  • Each account gets a daily allocation that refills every 24 hours.
  • Tokens have no monetary value and can't be bought, sold, or transferred.
  • We may change limits or refill cadence at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The App, backend, branding, and website are ours and are protected by copyright and trademark.
  • Your content (prompts, uploaded files, scheduled tasks, saved memory) stays yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it so we can run the service.
  • AI outputs are generated on your behalf. Use them freely for personal or commercial purposes, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

BigBro relies on third-party providers including LongCat (AI), Brave Search (optional), Cloudflare (hosting), and Google Play Services. Your use of the App is also subject to their terms where relevant.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT AI RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RIGHT FOR YOUR SITUATION.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $20.

13. Termination

You can stop using BigBro any time. Email us for full account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or pose a security risk. Sections on IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.

14. Changes

We may change the service or these Terms. We'll bump the "Last updated" date and announce material changes in-app. Continued use means you accept the new version.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to the competent courts of our operating jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights.
