1. Introduction

Bro AI ("we", "our", "us") is a football app. You pick the club you support, Bro takes the side of your biggest rival, and the two of you argue about matches. This policy explains exactly what the app keeps, what it never touches, and how to remove all of it.

Bro AI is a separate app with a separate account from AI Daddy. Using one has no effect on the other.

2. What We Keep

2.1 Your account

  • A device account identifier created on first launch, so the club you pick and the record you build survive closing the app.
  • Email address and display name — only if you choose to create an account. This is optional; the app works fully without one. Creating an account upgrades the guest account already on your device rather than starting a new one, so nothing you have already done is lost.
  • Password, if you set one, stored only as a salted PBKDF2-SHA256 hash. We cannot read it and will never ask you for it.

2.2 Your football

  • The club you support and the club Bro backs against you, including whether you chose his or he picked it.
  • The calls you make against Bro — your pick, his pick, and how the match settled it.
  • Your head-to-head record: wins, losses, draws, current and best streak.
  • Your answers to live moments, and the penalty shootouts you play.
  • Bro's own feed items, which are generated for you and expire on their own.
  • Notification preferences and your language choice.

2.3 Collected automatically

  • Basic request metadata handled by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) — IP address and request details — used for security and abuse prevention, and purged automatically within 30 days.

3. What We Never Collect

  • Location, contacts, photos, files or microphone access — the app does not request these permissions at all.
  • Advertising identifiers. There are no ads, and no advertising or analytics SDKs of any kind.
  • Payment or financial information. The app is free and has nothing to buy.
  • Biometric data.
  • Conversations. There is no chat in this app.

4. How We Use It

  • To rank the Matches tab around the club you support and the one Bro backs.
  • To decide what Bro has to say to you, and to keep him from repeating himself.
  • To settle your calls against him from the real result and keep your record.
  • To send match alerts for your club, if you allowed them.

We do not profile you, sell your data, or share it for advertising. There is no advertising in Bro AI.

5. Where the Football Comes From

  • Fixtures, live scores and match states come from API-Football, a third-party sports data provider. We send it no information about you — only requests for public match data.
  • Club and competition names are translated once on our servers and cached, so the same request is not made twice.
  • Football news is gathered from public sources on our servers using Google's Gemini model, and is used only as a signal that something happened to a club. Nothing about you is sent to it, and it never writes anything addressed to you.

6. What Bro Actually Says

Every line Bro says is written by us in advance and translated by hand into all fourteen supported languages. The app picks which line fits the moment; a language model does not write it, and nothing he says is generated about you or from anything you typed.

He is a supporter with opinions, not an analyst. His calls are for the argument, not for advice — see the Terms of Service.

7. Third Parties

  • Cloudflare — hosts our backend and database and processes data on our behalf.
  • API-Football — supplies match data. Receives no personal data.
  • Google (Gemini) — used on our servers to gather public football news. Receives no personal data.
  • Resend — delivers account emails, such as a password reset code, only if you created an account and requested one.

Match alerts are scheduled on your own device. Bro AI does not use Firebase Cloud Messaging or any push provider, and no third party is told which club you support.

8. Notifications

Alerts cover kick-off, goals, half time and full time, and only for the club you picked. They are never broadcast to everyone. You can turn them off inside the app or in your device settings, and the app keeps working normally without them.

9. Children

Bro AI is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country), and we do not knowingly keep their data. The app requires no personal information to work. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

10. Your Rights

  • Change: you can change your club, and the club Bro backs, at any time in the app.
  • Export: you can request a copy of your data — account, club, rivalry, every call you made and your record — as a machine-readable file.
  • Delete: you can delete your account and everything attached to it from the app, or by email. See Delete Account.
  • Sign out: signing out ends the session on our servers, not only on the phone, so a token taken from the device stops working.
  • Notifications: on or off, at any time, in the app or in system settings.

11. Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists and is removed when you delete it. Bro's feed items expire on their own — a live reaction within hours, a full-time line within two days — and are deleted with your account regardless. Security logs are purged within 30 days. Football data itself (fixtures, results, clubs) is not personal data and is kept independently of any account.

12. International Users

Bro AI can be used anywhere. Your data may be processed on servers in different countries through Cloudflare's network. Everything is transmitted over HTTPS.

13. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page, and the copy inside the app changes with it. The app carries the same policy in all fourteen languages.
